Owner: [nombre / name], tax ID [NIF], [dirección / address] (España). Brand: elCap. Contact: support@elcap.shop. Website: https://elcap.shop.

2. What this website offers

  • Code redemption: backers of the LUST Kickstarter campaign can redeem their code and download their digital rewards at no extra cost.
  • Sales and pre-orders of digital comics: when open, you can buy or pre-order digital comics in PDF (for example, the LUST #2 pre-order).
  • Newsletter: if you sign up, we email you about releases and news.

All content is digital. No physical product is shipped.

3. Adults only

The content is an uncensored erotic comic with explicit sexual scenes. All characters are fictional and 18 or older. Only people aged 18 or over, or the age of majority where they live if higher, may use this website, redeem codes or buy. By entering, redeeming or buying you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you don't, you must leave the website.

4. Download codes

Each code belongs to a specific reward and has a set number of uses. Codes are personal, non-transferable and may not be resold. We may disable a code if we detect misuse. If you can't find your code, use the "I can't find my code" page.

5. Purchases and pre-orders

  • Price: the final price, including applicable taxes, is shown before you buy.
  • Payment: when you place your order we show you the amount, an order reference and how to pay (for example, through an external payment provider). The contract is completed when we receive your payment and confirm it by email. We never receive your card details.
  • Pre-orders: you pay now to reserve your copy and get your download links by email on release day. The announced date is indicative; if it changes, we'll tell you by email and you can cancel your pre-order for a full refund.
  • Unpaid orders: if we don't receive payment within 14 days, the order is cancelled at no cost.

6. Delivery

You receive your download links on screen and by email (for pre-orders, on release day). Each file can be downloaded 5 times within 30 days; if you need more, write to us and we'll renew them. Save the files on your device.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason. Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before you start the download, and we refund the full amount. When downloading you agree to receive the digital content immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the download has started. To withdraw, write to support@elcap.shop with your order number; we refund you using the same payment method within 14 days.

8. Licence

All content on this website (comics, covers, illustrations, texts and logos) is the work of elCap and protected by copyright. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the content you have acquired. Sharing, reselling, publishing or redistributing the files, in whole or in part, and using them to train artificial intelligence systems is prohibited.

9. Liability

We do our best to keep the website and downloads working. If a file is damaged or won't open, we'll send you a working one or refund you (see "Refunds"). Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim in the courts where you live and you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
