Refund policy

Pre-orders

You can cancel your pre-order at any time before you start the download and we refund the full amount. If the release date changes, we'll let you know and you can also cancel.

Digital content purchases

When downloading you agree to receive the content immediately, so returns are not accepted once the download has started. If you haven't downloaded anything yet, you can withdraw within 14 days.

Faulty files

If a file is damaged, incomplete or won't open, write to us within 30 days. We'll send you a working one and, if we can't fix it, refund you.

Duplicate or unrecognised charges

If you see a duplicate or unrecognised charge, write to us before contacting your bank: we'll check it and, where appropriate, refund it within 14 days.

Kickstarter rewards

Campaign payments are handled by Kickstarter. If you have a problem with your code or your files, write to us and we'll fix it.

How to ask for a refund

Write to support@elcap.shop with your order number. We refund you using the same payment method within 14 days.
