What data we process and why

• Age verification: carried out by an external provider. We only receive the result (adult or not), never your ID.
• Contact messages: to reply to you.

Who we share it with

The payment processor, the age verification provider, our web host and our email provider, only as far as needed to provide the service. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order data for as long as tax law requires (generally 6 years). Contact messages until your question is resolved.

Cookies

We only use technical cookies: one for your session and one that remembers you verified your age. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability by writing to support@elcap.shop. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local authority.
